Populations and examples: Sampling methods

Data types. Data analysis.

Assignment: Preparation and application of questionnaires. Statistical analysis of questionnaires and the formulation of conclusions.

C. Qualitative research methods

The concept of empirical qualitative data.

Ethno-methodology and ethnographical methods 'Grounded theory'

Case studies

Biographical methods and oral history
